I placed an order last week for a hoodie and a laminate. I put a note on the order that it was my first order since joining the fan club back in Feb. and to please include my fan kit and discount coupon.

I received the fan club newsletter and it had a discount code for the hoodie. I emailed the store asking if the discount would be applied to my order and also a reminder about the fan club kit.

I received no reply to the email and when I received my package today there was no fan kit or coupon. It's not a big deal but just the principal of the fact.

Anyone else had a problem with Bubbleup??

The store and the fanclub are two different things.   There is no fanclub kit per say.   You should have received an email right after joining to get the laminate free (you pay shipping) and a download of a photo of Luke.

As far as the coupons, they are promo codes that have to be entered at time of checkout just like any other online store.   If you purchased before the coupon code came out they don't have to give the discount.
